In this webinar we will address common signs of caregiver stress. We will define signs of depression as well as identify activities to help reduce stress levels for the caregiver. We will also discuss organizations that are good resources for the caregiver in helping to avoid caregiver burnout.

Julie Morita completed the Nurse Residency Program at UC Davis Medical Center and earned her Master of Science in Nursing at Samuel Merritt University. She is certified by WEB WOC University in Wound, Ostomy, and Continence. Julie is a member of the Sacramento WOCN Group, Pacific Coast Region of WOCN, and the Case Management Society of America. She previously worked for Sutter Care at Home as an RN Case Manager, where she provided education, direct wound care, and long-term care for patients with diabetes suffering from congestive heart failure, COPD, and metastatic cancer. Currently, Julie is working for American River Home Care as a  CWOCN.
