Julie Morita, a certified Wound Ostomy and Continence Nurse (CWOCN), holds a Master of Science in Nursing–Case Management from Samuel Merritt University and completed the UC Davis Medical Center Nurse Residency Program. She began her career in the Surgical ICU at UC Davis but found her calling in Home Health, working with Sutter Auburn Faith Visiting Nurses, American River Home Health, and Sutter Care at Home Roseville. In these roles, she provided wound care, patient education, and long-term management for individuals with chronic conditions such as CHF, diabetes, COPD, and metastatic cancer. Julie is also a member of PCR-WOCN and the Case Management Society of America (CMSA).
